My weight loss tracking, 2010 - 2011

I didn't weigh in at the very start of my diet/exercise regimen or for the first few months.  I'd hit 250 and gotten disgusted with scales some time before, however; that was my maximum weight.  I started counting calories, reducing my intake, changing my diet, and exercising in earnest in June.
October 9: 216

December 10: 199

February 10: 184.5

August 10: 145
I quit writing down my weigh-ins for the rest of the year; I got too busy and forgot.  December 10 I believe I was at 140.

Looks to me like steady weight loss (which is much healthier than rapid weight loss). I've got about 20 lbs. to go still (have for a while now), but I'll get there.
